Fourth Tier of Instructor Training PDF Print E-mail
To Prepare: Classroom Instructor to effectively teach Modules 1-11 of the National Institute’s Traffic Safety Education Curriculum, and to be able to design and conduct student centered physical equivalent mental rehearsal activities.

Qualifications: Teacher candidate must meet current standards. Teacher must have completed Tier One, Two and Three, and successfully completed at least 18 months of work experience teaching in-vehicle modules one-ten.

Time Structure: This will be a 45-hour course, conducted in no less than 4 weeks.

The teacher candidate will:
  • Demonstrate use of classroom teaching activities to prepare students for successful in-car performance of the Key Behavioral Patterns for the modules one through ten.
     
  • Demonstrate ability to facilitate learning activities for all Classroom Concepts from modules one through eleven of the National Institute’s Traffic Safety Education Curriculum.
